(ULAB)
or other DG-8 batteries
Liner Bag has closure flaps clipped closed
Transport Carton containing Liner Bag is securely taped for transport
Batteries are protected from short circuit (e.g. terminals taped)
ULAB battery cartons have not been used to pack UNLAB batteries
Correct UN and DG labels will be applied prior to pick-up
No wet-cell batteries are packed with dry-cell batteries (wet cell must be shipped separately)
Fees for recycling, waste disposal, and freight may be charged to Requester for non B-cycle eligible materials (contact Envirostream if unsure)
